A convenient app with an intuitive user interface. The free version allows the user to measure one Cobb angle on the uploaded X-ray.
Cons
Only one Cobb angle at a time. If you need to measure more than one Cobb angle on an X-ray, you need to save the photo after obtaining the first Cobb angle then measure the second one.
